At Grayshott Dental Practice, we continue to follow government guidelines, using all the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and following high standards in cross infection control.  We also have a robust triaging system to ensure the safety of both our patients and staff.

A Covid questionnaire will be emailed to you prior to your appointment; we kindly request that you fill this and return it via our online portal, as it is important that we have up to date information about you and your medical condition. For those who are unable to fill out the questionnaire online, we will ask you the relevant questions prior to your appointment.

We respectfully request that you do not attend a routine appointment if you are exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19 or if you have been advised to isolate as a known contact of a confirmed case.

It’s important we keep up to date information about you, your medical history and other areas. In order to comply with social distancing regulations, please complete your forms online before you attend your appointment. This will enable you to complete the forms in the comfort of your own home.

To ensure patient and staff safety, we have detailed below, some of the changes that you can expect as well as some things that we require you to do for us, before and during your appointment.

We want to make sure that you feel safe during your visit to us but it is important that you are comfortable with these changes too, so please, do take the time to read through the forms. YOUR NEXT DENTAL APPOINTMENT

When you attend for your next appointment with us, we kindly request that you:

• Completed your forms in the patient portal at least 24 hours before your appointment.
• If there are any changes to the answers provided in your forms after they have been submitted, please telephone us immediately. 

• PLEASE WEAR A FACE MASK OR COVERING WHILE IN COMMUNAL AREAS OF THE PRACTICE, IN LINE WITH GOVERNMENT ADVICE. 

• Please try to attend at the correct time to ensure distancing in the waiting room.
